Essaouira, Morocco

September 21st, 2019 - I headed down from Marrakesh to the beach to see if I am becoming a beach person yet. Turns out...no. However, the beaches of Essa are beautiful, and the people here are great. This is a nice option to get away form the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. But, there just isn't much to see after a couple days but sit on the beach. Unless, you want to get into water sports. From surfing, to kite surfing. well, that is it, I guess. You can also ride camels or horses on the beach, and take a quad to the dunes. Just not my cup of tea. So, I ma headed back north tomorrow to Tangier so I can catch the Monday morning ferry back to Spain.
