Panama

The southern end to the Central America trip, and the shipping point to South America.

I didn't spend much time in Panama, and most of my time was limited to arranging for my car to be shipped across the impassable Darien Gap.

Maybe it was because it was at the end of my Central America journey and I was ready for a change, but I cannot say that I got really excited about Panama. In the north is David, Panama,. I stopped for a night, and didn't care for it. Then, I came down Highway 1, and just dealt with non stop traffic.

Arriving in Panama City, it was simply a modern city that didn't have the traditional attraction I was looking for.
