I am back in the U.S....at least for a while. My car is on a ship headed to Baltimore now so I will hang out in the mid Atlantic for a couple weeks waiting for it, then work my way west.
It has been a wild ride. I slept in 88 different towns and cities in 37 countries over the past 8 months. I think I need a rest from my long vacation!
I am looking forward to the simple things for a while...driving with English language signs, being able to run to Target and know what I can buy when I need things. Grocery shopping for food where I can actually read the labels, and being from Washington, I miss really good apples! Funny what you miss on a trip like this.
